Here's what I'm working on for Zombie Shotgun. I was asked to draw a scene of the Austin skyline, the first image is the process of getting the skyline done. I had the director send me a jpeg of the current city of Austin. As I got that image, I reduce the levels and go over the skyline with the paths tool.
The next step is to stroke the path and then freehand the trees with the brush tool. Once that was done, I looked over the image and realized that I could do some grey tones on the buildings and bridge. I still have some more work to do till I get this completed. Stay tuned
